"Our photo session with Jessica was absolutely wonderful! We loved the ideas Jessica came with for the shots. We had a small elopement ceremony on the beach and didn’t know what pictures we wanted besides a few ideas. “Jessica took the most amazing photos of Antoinette’s and my engagement! Months of planning and coordinating went into pulling off the surprise proposal, and she secretly captured the moment perfectly. By total coincidence (and a lot of luck), she happened to be in Japan at the same time as us and was so kind to take time out of her own trip to make this happen. She even traveled from Osaka to Kyoto just for us!
Leading up to it, Jess was super easy to work with, always communicative, and so helpful with figuring out all the little details. It definitely wasn’t the easiest setup; first time in Japan, taking photos in the middle of a river, coordinating with the boating company, and wandering around an unfamiliar city but Jess made it all feel effortless.
The photos came out incredible. From the proposal to the candid shots of us roaming the streets of Kyoto, she captured everything so beautifully. I’m beyond grateful to her for doing this for us.
The photos turned out better than I could’ve imagined! If you’re ever in Hawaii, the Bay Area, (or maybe even Japan haha) and need amazing photos, definitely hit her up!"

“Jess made our elopement so special and memorable! She was amazing to work with and made us feel so comfortable taking pictures. My husband and I were worried about feeling awkward as we’d never done photos before, but there was absolutely no awkwardness. Her communication throughout the entire process was clear and timely, easing the stress of our last minute plans. The photos themselves are so beautiful, and she managed to make it look like we were completely alone on the beach even though there were people around. We will forever treasure all of the beautiful photos Jess provided us with for our special occasion. Months later, I still go back and look at the online collection of all the photos she gave us. Also, being able to get our marriage officiated and have our photos done all in one session was perfect for our very private, relaxed elopement. So professional yet so personable. Thank you Jess!"

"Jess was such a blessing to work with! I had met her many years earlier, as she was a cousin of a great friend, and when I heard she did photography, I couldn’t wait to reach out to her for our engagement shoot! Since we were flying into Hawaii from the mainland, we didn’t really know where to have our shoot done, but had mentioned we love Waimanalo Beach. She recommended a much more private beach that actually faced sunset, and it was the perfect backdrop for our photos! My husband and I are the furthest thing from comfortable in front of a camera, but Jess made the process so easy and got some amazing shots that I cannot wait to enlarge and print! We loved our engagement session so much that we flew her out to the mainland to have her also take pictures at our mini civil ceremony! We will be forever thankful for Jess and the gorgeous pictures she took of us! 🩵"
